How to Display File Extension For Each File in Windows 7

While browsing various files in PC, many times it happens that you can’t figure our the exact file extension of file. Example if you see any image file, you can’t tell whether it is in JPG format or in PNG format. In the image given below, you can’t figure out the exact file extension.

To set Windows to display file extension along with file name you have to go to Windows file explorer.

Go to Organize -> Folder and search options.

Go to “View” tab and uncheck the box next to “Hide extension for known file types”.

You can see the file extension next to the image name. Cool and easy. Isn’t it?

Avoid Calls On Your iPhone Using Away Text

Many a times we do not wish to attend calls or genuinely we are busy with some work which compels us not to pick up calls. Here is a tweak which works like our personal assistant and generates an automated text.

Away Text is an iPhone tweak in Cydia that sends a SMS text message automatically and replies when you’re “away” from your phone or "busy". Away Text is free to download and use of this tweak is extremely easy.

To use this tweak, you simply configure your away text/auto-respond message and enable Away Text in the Settings.app. Also included in the download is an optional SBsettings toggle which is very useful and can be integrated in the iOS5 Notification Centre also.

Away Text is available for free in Cydia. There are no new icons added to your SpringBoard with this tweak and settings can be found in your main Settings.app.

To install this tweak you need to follow the steps given below:

  1. Open Cydia on your jailbroken iphone.
  2. Let the data load.
  3. Once the data is loaded go to search and type in "Away Text".
  4. It's free in the BigBoss repo, IHR, insanelyi and sinfuliphone repo.
  5. Select it
  6. Install it.
  7. Respring or reboot your device.
  8. You are done to use it.
