Seven Commandments to be A True Leader Posted: 04 May 2012 05:05 AM PDT In a business or enterprise or corporate world the face of the company is the leader who runs the show efficiently, implements the ideas in to actions effectively, co ordinates all the activities, deals with human resources, finance, logistics, banking and makes the business in to a profitable venture. Every leader has own style of leadership. One such style of leadership which is gaining popularity is the conscious leadership, and this style of leadership has made a great impact on organizations success. Some of the traits of a conscious leader are mentioned here: A conscious leader always leads with self awareness and uses his experience and perspective to the best of his abilities. He is a balanced matured individual with heart of steel to face the rough business conditions and circumstances and leads by example. A conscious leader has the ability to be grounded, hard working and humble and stay connected with oneself and the team which he leads. He must motivate the team to, nurture their positive traits, guide them, and give them an unconditional support at all times. Humility, modesty makes a conscious leader very approachable, and accessible. A conscious leader even from the top must view his people and business situation and dive back to intervene if required and set the things right. A conscious leader puts the always chooses his company's interest and goals over his personal agenda. A true leader always takes a full responsibility of all his actions and even takes the onus of the actions of his teams. A true leader must be ethical, honest and maintain the integrity and business culture of the company at all times. By following these above mentioned traits a person can be a leader of the masses and be liked and appreciated for his work and professionalism.
