Kung Fu This Panda Update!

A week ago today...

Google unleashed a furry of butterfly kicks
and back fists to a lot of peoples rankings.

But here's the dealio.

I just made a video talking about the "potential"
changes, and how to ensure you don't get popped
in the nose by the changes

There is a lot that is still very vague... but I
have some recommendations in the meantime...
while the dust settles at least.
