I've been reading Celebrity, Inc by Jo Piazza over the
past few weeks.
The former entertainment journalist explains in detail
the business behind the celebrity industry and I find
the whole thing utterly compelling.
An entire chapter is devoted to fame achieved through
reality television.
One concept I liked was if you've been on television,
you'll ALWAYS be a "little bit famous"...
And it's this touch of fame that can translate into cash
for a long time after the spotlight fades.
Take Jessica Sierra, for example, who made the top 10
of American Idol in 2004.
She went on to earn $200,000 from the tour and went on
to earn a further $500,000 doing independent gigs and
sponsored performances.
Even when things went wrong for her and she ended up
working in Hooters...
Being a "little bit famous" paid off:
Sierra signed up for a stint on Celebrity Rehab, earning
a $100,000 fee and went on to command up to $5,000 for
personal appearances.
But, you don't even need minimal talent to be a reality
earner...
Sometimes, being fat is enough.
The winner of first series of The Biggest Loser, Ali
Vincent, released a best selling book Believe It, Be It
and landed other lucrative endorsement deals off the
back of not being fat any more.
Three years after winning the show in 2004, Vincent
still commanded speaking fees of $20,000.
Food for thought.
Where am I going with this?
Believe it or not, as an Internet Marketer, you are the
star in your own reality show...
But yours is online, rather than on television.
When you start putting content out there and
communicating with your subscribers...
You become a "little bit famous" too.
How often your own show broadcasts (and therefore how
much money you make) is entirely up to you...
But the David Walker Show runs every single day!
If you need inspiration for your own then look no
further.
As a member of Inbox Rockstar, you can download a
minimum of 20 "fill in the blanks" email marketing
templates every month!
Enough for you to run, "soap opera" style Monday to
Friday.
Even reality stars need a little time out on the weekend!

P.S. Just like a true "reality star" you can make money
with very little work involved.
