Good news--my fiance and I have been out house hunting, and we found a house we really like. We put in an offer, and the seller counter-offered, so we are in negotiations. I still have to square away financing. I'd appreciate any good vibes you can send our way, as I'm really hoping we can close this house deal. That would mean I'd finally be a homeowner--for the first time!
