It's been a long three months since our last newsletter, and the big news since then has been the buzz behind - and eventual flop of - the Facebook IPO. Meanwhile, LinkedIn continues to impress with solid financial numbers. The business use of Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and even Google Plus seems to have stabilized, and while no one can question the SEO benefits for being active on G+, many are still complaining that it's a ghost town. I now include recommendations for having a Google Plus presence, no matter how small it may be, in every social media strategy I create, so I still recommend you invest a little time into engaging there if you haven't already done so.

The commitment of myself to educating both my social media consulting, coaching, and speaking clients as well as my Windmill Networking readers to better leverage social media for business is only stronger, and as part of that I am looking to be doing more webinars as well as free ebooks to offer our newsletter subscribers.  This month is the first such Windmill Networking webinar in which I am the host and spotlighting one of our monthly contributors, Social Media for B2B Sales contributor Craig Jamieson.  I continue to build up the Windmill Networking website to become your social media for business portal, with content being published every weekday and contributed by almost 20 subject matter experts.  If you haven't visited us lately, please make sure you see the latest social business headlines at WindmillNetworking.com.
