Oakland News: BART Fire Arson?; Joe Tuman v. Rebecca Kaplan No More

At 2:15 AM Thursday Morning a massive fire broke out at Mandela and 7th Street right next to the West Oakland BART Station. San Francisco Chronicle Falls Out Of Top 25 U.S. Newspapers; Circulation At 165,522
