Whatever works to increase efficiency and reduce wasteful procedures enhances a manufacturer's productivity and profits. Different forms of waste include misdirected labor, inefficient equipment and faulty supply lines. What have any of these things got to do with an industrial supply company? First of all, what are industrial supplies? They include everything from disposable materials such as packaging supplies to more permanent supplies, such as office furniture and forklift accessories. An industrial supply company defines them as anything that is used in production and distribution, with the exception of equipment.
